Call-Out Fee & Removal Conditions
Our fee covers the call-out, assessment, and professional attempt to locate and remove the snake. While every effort is made to safely capture and relocate snakes, removal cannot be guaranteed. Snakes are wild animals and may leave the property before arrival or move into areas where they cannot be safely accessed (such as wall cavities, roofs, drains, or dense structures). If a snake cannot be located or safely retrieved, the call-out fee still applies. If a snake is not captured on the first attendance, customers may request one (1) return visit within 30 days for a free snake removal, should the snake reappear and conditions allow for safe capture.
